Principle of EC-H4110 type online conductivity meter:the measurement of conductivity is typically the measurement of the solution's conductivity. The resistivity of solid conductors can be determined using Ohm's law and resistance laws. For measuring the conductivity of electrolyte solutions, an alternating current signal is usually applied to the two electrodes of a conductivity cell. The conductivity σ is obtained from the measured conductivity cell constant K and the conductivity G between the two electrodes.

Function description
- Intelligent: the single chip microprocessor is used to complete the conductivity measurement, temperature measurement and automatic temperature compensation;
- Human-computer dialogue interface: menu operation structure, users can operate according to the prompts on the screen;
- Network: can be transmitted, monitored and controlled remotely;
- Isolated output current: software selects 0~10mA or 4~20mA output;
- Measurement range: The upper and lower limit parameters of measurement can be freely set according to the output current;
- Upper and lower limit alarm can be set arbitrarily, and the limit will flash (measurement status);
- Two sets of relays control, the retardation can be adjusted, can be connected to the metering pump, solenoid valve and other control equipment, automatic dosing and other control;
- Set your own password, users can set or change the password, so as not to cause misoperation by irrelevant personnel; and can help you recover the forgotten instrument password; also provide users with technical consultation and after-sales service contact methods;
- It has the function of calibrating the electrode with standard solution; correction function of measurement error;
- According to the user's order statement, it can provide: RS485//RS232 communication interface (provide communication protocol CD);
- Available according to the user's order statement: 24VDC power supply.
