1. Check and supplement the reagents regularly, and calibrate them in time after replenishment;
2. Check the amount of waste liquid in the waste liquid bottle regularly, and collect and treat it in time to avoid overflow;
3. Check the water pump sampling port regularly, remove garbage entanglement, and ensure smooth operation;
4. Check the cleanliness of the metering pipe regularly. When the signal of either high or low metering is lower than 600, please clean the metering pipe. If the metering pipe can not be cleaned, please remove the metering pipe and manually brush it after shutting down;
5. Check whether the optical and electrical signals are within the normal range. If not, adjust the adjustable resistance and calibrate in time;
6. Check the solenoid valve regularly, select the valve sealing to prevent reagent leakage and corrosion of instruments, and report for repair in time;
7. Check the operating environment of the instrument regularly to prevent excessive humidity, high or low temperature, and unstable voltage from affecting the measurement accuracy.
