Daily Maintenance Of Automatic Water Sampler

1.Empty the sampling bottle

When the sampling bottle position reaches No.25, check if sample storage is complete in the corresponding container. If not, promptly replace the bottle and clean it to prevent water interference during subsequent sampling. Then reset the "current bottle number" to 1. (Note: After emptying the sampling bottle, return it to its designated position while ensuring the flow guide plate's outlet aligns with the bottle opening to avoid water leakage outside the container during future operations).

2.Clean the sampling head

Under normal circumstances, the sampling head should be checked and cleaned every month to prevent the sampling head from being blocked. The cleaning cycle should be determined according to the actual water sample.

3.Check and replace the sampling pump pipe

The sampling pump is a consumable. There is no need to check the wear of the pump tube during the first ten weeks of installation (or replacement of new pump tube). After ten weeks, the wear of the pump tube should be checked weekly. The wear condition and replacement cycle of the pump tube are related to the frequency of instrument use. In principle, it should be replaced at least once every three months.

4.Clean the guide plate

In order to ensure that the collected water samples do not interfere with each other, it is recommended to clean the flow plate after each sample collection.

5.Clean the mixing sampling barrel

When the automatic water sampler is working in the mode of sampling beyond standard, in order to ensure that the water samples beyond standard do not interfere with each other, the mixing sampling barrel should be cleaned once a month in principle, and the cleaning frequency depends on the water quality.

6.Defrosting of incubators

Due to the low temperature of the automatic water sampler constant temperature box, frost may be formed in some parts after long-term use, so regular defrosting should be done. When defrosting, the power supply of the constant temperature box should be cut off to let it melt naturally. After completion, power on again.
