Designed to meet increasingly stringent domestic emission monitoring requirements and diverse operational conditions, this system consists of a gaseous pollutant monitor, particulate matter monitor, integrated temperature-pressure-flow flue gas parameter monitor, and data acquisition and processing subsystem. It employs extractive sampling to measure concentrations of gaseous pollutants and particulate matter in flue gas, while simultaneously monitoring parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow velocity, and oxygen content. The HH-5100 continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) utilizes advanced ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy technology combined with sophisticated manufacturing processes to deliver superior quality, enhanced reliability, and greater accuracy for meeting customers' diversified and customized monitoring needs.

  • Flue gas monitoring adopts our company's latest generation of particulate matter monitoring based on backscattering technology, featuring an integrated design with compact structure, automatic zero calibration, high sensitivity, and superior reliability.
  • The system design incorporates safety redundancy for critical components (such as heat-traced tubes) to ensure system safety and reliability.

 

Application field

 

The HH-5100 continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) can be widely applied for automatic online monitoring of flue gas emissions from various boilers, industrial furnaces, and coal-fired furnaces in industries such as thermal power plants, steel sintering/steelmaking plants, cement plants, waste incineration plants, and petrochemical plants.
