Measurement principle

 

The HH-5200 online ammonia gas analyzer (NH3, NO, O2) is based on the principles of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) and Ultraviolet Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS). The system consists of three main components: pretreatment, gas analysis module, and data processing and display. The measured gas undergoes dust and moisture removal via a high-temperature sampling probe, is transported through a heated pipeline, and enters the high-temperature gas analyzer module (TDLAS+DOAS) for analysis and measurement. This effectively addresses technical challenges such as ammonium salt crystallization blocking flow paths at low temperatures, measurement accuracy deviation caused by NH3 dissolution due to condensed water, and seamless measurement issues resulting from high dust attenuation in the optical path of in-situ systems.
