Online Cyanide Analyzer
The DEK-1022 online cyanide analyzer employs a method where tartaric acid and zinc nitrate are added to water samples, followed by heating and distillation. This process allows the distillation of simple cyanides and some complex cyanides into hydrogen cyanide. After absorption by sodium hydroxide, the hydrogen cyanide reacts with cyanamide T to form hydrogen chloride. The reaction then proceeds to a red intermediate product through the reaction with the chromophore isothiocyanic acid-pyrazolone.

The DEK-1022 online cyanide analyzer employs a method where tartaric acid and zinc nitrate are added to water samples, followed by heating and distillation. This process allows the distillation of simple cyanides and some complex cyanides into hydrogen cyanide. After absorption by sodium hydroxide, the hydrogen cyanide reacts with cyanamide T to form hydrogen chloride. The reaction then proceeds to a red intermediate product through the reaction with the chromophore isothiocyanic acid-pyrazolone. This red intermediate product is rapidly formed, exhibits maximum absorption at 546nm wavelength, and remains stable for a specified period.
Function description
It has the function of separating clean liquid and waste liquid, and automatically distributes the cleaning liquid and waste liquid to different collection barrels;
- It has automatic calibration function and can be set to execute periodically;
- It has the functions of equal time interval measurement, whole point measurement and controlled measurement to meet the different needs of various fields. It has the automatic standard sample verification function, which can be set to execute on a daily schedule. When the verification is not qualified, it will automatically calibrate and then verify after calibration to ensure the linear accuracy of the equipment;
- It has the automatic cleaning function, and the pipeline and digestion tank will be cleaned before and after the measurement, and can also set regular additional cleaning to ensure the cleanliness of the pipeline and digestion tank;
- It has power-on self-test and abnormal reset functions to ensure that the equipment automatically restores to normal state after power-on after abnormal power failure;
- It has the alarm function of insufficient reagent, heating failure and photoelectric abnormality, which can sound the alarm in real time and record the alarm information;
- It has three levels of permission management function, and different personnel are assigned different operation permissions to prevent non-professionals from misoperation leading to distortion of equipment data or failure;
- It has the function of recording operation logs and process logs, so as to facilitate the view of equipment operation status and personnel operation records.
