Working principle

Under acidic conditions, the phosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate to form a phosphomolybdate acid in the presence of antimony salt, which is immediately reduced by ascorbic acid to form a blue complex that produces an absorption peak at a specific wavelength.

• DEK-1003 phosphate analyzer has the function of separating clean liquid and waste liquid, and automatically diverting the cleaning liquid and waste liquid to different collection buckets;
• It has automatic calibration function and can set periodic timing for execution;
• It has the functions of equal time interval measurement, whole point measurement and controlled measurement to meet the different needs of various sites. It has the function of automatic standard sample verification, which can be set to execute at a fixed time every day. When the verification fails, it will automatically carry out calibration, and then carry out verification after calibration to ensure the linear accuracy of the equipment;
• It has the function of automatic cleaning, and the pipeline and digestion tank will be cleaned before and after measurement. It can also be set to add regular cleaning to ensure the cleanliness of the pipeline and digestion tank;
• Features power-on self-test and abnormal reset functions to ensure automatic restoration of the device to normal state after abnormal power failure and power-on.
• The system features alarm functions including reagent shortage, heating failure, and photoelectric abnormalities, with real-time sound alerts and alarm log recording.
• The system has three-level permission management function, and different personnel are assigned different operation permissions to prevent non-professional personnel from misoperation, resulting in distortion of equipment data or failure;
• It has operation logs, process logs, and other recording functions to view the device's operation status and personnel's operation records.
