Technical parameters of gas monitoring
Mar 15, 2025| The technical parameters of gas monitoring mainly include the following aspects:
Measurement range and accuracy:
[Carbon monoxide (CO): The measurement range is 0-20×10CO, the basic error is ±2×10CO; 20-100×10CO, the basic error is ±4×10CO; 100-500×10CO, the basic error is ±5% of the true value; 500-1000×10CO, the basic error is ±6% of the true value.
Carbon dioxide (CO2): The measurement range is 0.00-5.0%, the basic error is ±0.1%; 0.50-5.00%, the basic error is ±(0.05+5% of the true value) Methane (CH4): The measurement range is 0.00-4.00%, the basic error is ±0.1%; 1.00-3.00%, the basic error is ±10% of the true value; 3.00-4.00%, the basic error is ±0.3%.
Oxygen (O2): The measurement range is 0.0-25.0%, the basic error is ±0.5%; 5.0-25.0%, the basic error is ±2%.
Indication method:
The LCD is used to display real-time data and system status, with sound and light alarm, fault and undervoltage indication.
Power supply and working time:
Use 1500mAh polymer lithium battery, the battery has overcurrent protection function. The charging time does not exceed 10 hours, and the shutdown current is less than 15uA. The working time in non-alarm state is 10 hours, and the life of the measuring device is 2 years.
Signal output:
The signal output frequency is 200 Hz~1000Hz, supporting RS485 communication.
Other technical parameters:
The protection level is IP54, and the natural diffusion sampling method and pump suction sampling are adopted.
